- The Coastkeeper Garden in Orange is blooming larger than ever in its 7-year history
- Avoid the lines and traffic of navigating a “Superbloom” field and take a selfie in our garden
After the recent rainy season, the Coastkeeper Garden in Orange is blooming with life like never before. Now is the perfect time for Orange County families to enjoy the calmness and beauty of our free garden for our Spring Bloom (not to be confused with the Desert Super Bloom). Join other “green thumbs” for our plant swap on May 11 or get your hands dirty for our “Love Orange” volunteer event on May 18.
The Coastkeeper Garden was established during California’s driest four-year period on record since 1895. With this year’s large amount of rain, the garden is at maximum growth. There is no telling when the garden will be this full again or how long it will last this year.
