Dr. Tuominen’s training and experiences have included preventive care, inpatient and outpatient hospital care, emergency care, prenatal and obstetric care, geriatrics and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Tuominen joins the PersonalCare affiliated practice after spending nine years as a family physician for the Mayo Clinic Health System and fours year with Mission Heritage Medical Group in Mission Viejo, Calif.
Born and raised in Minnesota, Dr. Tuominen obtained his medical degree at the University of Minnesota, and completed his family practice residency at the Duluth Family Practice Center in Duluth, Minn.
