The City of Rancho Santa Margarita will host a community gathering in honor of the men, women, and children who lost their lives and the heroes who responded to the catastrophic events of 9/11. This brief yet poignant ceremony is held annually on the lawn at City Hall, giving attendees and participants an opportunity to reflect on the memories of a day we will never forget.
