Public Hearing to consider a substantial amendment to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan for FY 2008/2009 to re-allocate approximately $91,104 in funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (CDBG-R) to the FY 2010/2011 Niguel Woods street reconstruction project
