The classes take place each Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Aquatic Center located at 29 Santa Barbara, just off Golf Drive and Glenwood.

This low-impact program is designed for anyone who can follow instructions and manage being in the water. Unlike regular water aerobics, which are linear exercises from one point to another, Aqua Zumba involves different movements for the verse, chorus and bridge of each song. It’s an easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness party that makes working out a splash!

To enroll in Aqua Zumba, contact Nicole Matthews at 949-616-4704. Pricing varies based on the number of classes you register for. Aquatic Center season or family pass holders will receive a 30 percent discount on the classes.
