The Center’s First Jazz Weekend features
Luminary Latin Jazz All Stars

For 30 seasons, Orange County audiences have been enjoying the world’s most famous and celebrated jazz artists in concerts presented by Segerstrom Center for the Arts. To help kick off its 2015 – 2016 Season, the Center is holding its first Jazz Weekend from October 9 – 11.
It all begins on October 9 with Eddie Palmieri Salsa Orchestra and Poncho Sanchez Latin Jazz Band, continuing on October 10 withRamsey Lewis and Sérgio Mendes and winding up on October 11 with a free Salsa Dance Party on the Arts Plaza followed by Orquesta Buena Vista Social Club®. Palmieri/Sanchez, Lewis/Mendes and Orquesta Buena Vista Social Club will perform in the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. Each performance is preceded by a preview talk, one-hour prior to curtain.
