Phil Davis who has served as the Manager, Committee on Publication for the world wide activities of the Christian Science Church in Boston, MA has stepped down and Russ Gerber has been name Manager starting immediately.
After six years of front-line work as Manager of Committees on Publication, Phil will be returning to the Chicago area to continue his healing practice and teaching. We are grateful for his devotion to protecting the practice of Christian Science healing and know his return to Illinois will bless many.
Russ has also served the Christian Science movement in various capacitiesand is California based. Russ first came to work at The Mother Church in 1985 as Program Manager, Radio & TV Broadcasts for The Christian Science Monitor.
From 1992 to 2005 Russ served as Associate Editor, Journal, Sentinel, Herald, Associate Editor of Sentinel Radio, and Managing Editor, Broadcasting & Heralds. In July 2007, Russ joined the Committee on Publication Office serving as Manager of the Media Division. He is well equipped to take on the broader role of Manager, Committees on Publication.
