GUEST SPEAKER WEDNESDAY AT LUNCH IN SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNOR’S FITNESS CHALLENGE:
The world famous runner, Jonathon Prince, will be appearing in the Capo Mall this Wed. at lunch and you will not want to miss him! He will be inspiring CVHS to complete the Governor’s Fitness challenge this week end. Come eat your lunch in the mall and hear his inspirational message of hope.
The Governor’s Fitness Challenge is over in 12 days! Capo is in 64th place but we can still make it to first place if all who signed up finish the challenge! 935 students signed up but only 255 have completed their logs. Go online today and sign in and finish your challenge.
CVHS has a chance to win a $100,000 fitness center!
All students who go back and mark their activity days and complete the challenge by May 31st will be entered in a drawing for these great prizes:

• Movie tickets

Log in at http://calgovcouncil.org/challenge/ and update your progress
• Be active for at least 30-60 minutes 3 days each week. Maintain this schedule for 4 weeks and earn a Certificate of Completion.
• You must complete the challenge in 28 days once you start
• The challenge must be completed by next Monday, May 31, 2010
